I graduated from Jan’s Professional Dog Grooming School in Jonesboro, Louisiana, in May 2000. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in several grooming salons. I am passionate about my work and take great pride in the quality of every groom. For me, it will always be quality over quantity. You may notice that my hours differ from those of traditional grooming salons. While many groomers are ending their day, I am just beginning mine. Because I maintain a full-time job, I schedule grooming appointments during hours that work around that commitment. This often benefits pet parents who work during the day, making it easier for them to have their dogs groomed without taking time off or rushing to pick them up before closing. Every full groom includes a bath, nail trim and file, ear cleaning and plucking, a sanitary trim, a facial, a hot oil treatment, and your choice of nail polish and a bow or neck accessory—along with the haircut or shed-less treatment. If you prefer a bath-only service, your dog will receive all of the above except the haircut or shed-less treatment. Please note: matted dogs are not eligible for bath-only services, as their coat condition must be addressed safely. Clients consistently love the finishing spritz I use—it leaves your pet smelling luxurious without the luxury price. My top priority is always your pet’s safety and comfort. Not all dogs are comfortable with every aspect of grooming, and if a pet becomes overly stressed, I may be unable to complete certain tasks. I ask for your understanding if I inform you that a specific service could not be finished. I will never force a dog to undergo a procedure—such as nail clipping or ear plucking—if I feel it could cause fear, stress, or injury. Building trust is essential, and my goal is to ensure your dog feels safe and cared for. I promise to treat your fur-baby with the same love and respect I expect for my own.
