No. All Packyard plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and prorate automatically.
Do plans include Square fees?
Square processing fees are separate and charged by Square. Packyard does not add extra payment fees.
Is support included?
Yes. All plans include email support. Shop and Multi-Location plans include priority response for business-critical issues.
Are SMS reminders extra?
Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance. Additional usage is billed at cost with no markup.
